Job summary

Loancrate Inc. is seeking an engineer to turn enterprise onboarding into a product by building declarative configurations, automated validation, and reproducible environments. You will help migrate legacy pipelines, design config-diff reviews, and enable per-tenant release capabilities with robust testing.

You’ll join a remote-first team shipping TypeScript/React/Node tooling and influencing how lenders are onboarded and integrated at scale.

Qualifications

You've productized an implementation process before.
Configuration-as-code instincts: versioning, diffing, promoting configuration through environments.
Data migration under pressure: moving production records with validation and rollback plans.

Responsibilities

Turn onboarding from a services project into a product with declarative config and automated validation.
Develop configuration-as-code workflows to diff, review, and promote customer setups across environments.
Build a migration toolchain to extract in-flight pipelines and historical data with reconciliation reports.
Extend release tooling for multi-tenant deployments with per-tenant feature flags and automated deployments.
Create smoke tests and conformance suites to prove integrations end-to-end without involving an engineer on each kickoff.
