Job summary

CrossCountry Mortgage, LLC is seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer to design, develop, test, and maintain applications across mortgage origination, servicing, and operations. You’ll work on front-end interfaces with HTML/CSS/JS and on back-end services using C#/.NET Core, APIs, and data interfaces.

You’ll collaborate with stakeholders, QA, and teams in an Agile environment, contributing to scalable, secure, and reliable solutions.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience.
5+ years of full-stack software development experience.
Experience building web-based applications with front-end HTML/CSS/JS and back-end C#/.NET Core.
Experience designing and consuming APIs, web services, and data interfaces.
Knowledge of mortgage tech platforms (Encompass LOS) and CI/CD practices is preferred.
Experience with Git, Azure, AWS; Agile methodologies; TypeScript and NoSQL are a plus.
Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills; secure coding practices.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain web applications for mortgage origination, servicing, and operations.
Build responsive, accessible front-ends and scalable back-end services and APIs.
Integrate with internal systems and third-party platforms via APIs and data interfaces.
Collaborate with stakeholders, QA, UI/UX, and other teams in an Agile delivery cycle.
Ensure security, performance, and cross-browser compatibility; participate in code reviews.
Maintain documentation and support cloud/on-prem deployments; enable modern tech modernization.
