Job summary

Privia Health is seeking a Platform Associate to support athenaClinicals and athenaCollector for Privia Medical Group clinicians. You will work with the CIT IKS team, end-users, and Privia staff to understand requirements, troubleshoot issues, and configure content to support needs.

Travel approx 10% and remote-friendly environment. Responsibilities include second-level issue management, testing, QA, onboarding Clinical IT members, and maintaining HIPAA compliance.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in one or more of the following areas: Clinical and/or managed care experience or EHR support.
• 1+ years of experience in a professional environment.
• Knowledgeable about extended medical terminology.
• Experience with data collection and document management.
• SQL and HTML knowledge.
• Must comply with HIPAA rules and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Second-level issue management support
• Troubleshoot and correct issues
• Document, track, and take appropriate actions to close or elevate athenaOne incident-related issues in a timely manner
• Assist with testing and troubleshooting all aspects of athenaOne
• Assist in the building out & maintenance of Privia’s athenaOne platform
• Routine QA of work
• Be an escalation resource for Tier 1 support
• Manage ongoing communication between multiple stakeholders effectively and timely
• Provide remote support to assist w/ EHR issues
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the software applications
• Help onboard Clinical IT members
• Walk through athenaOne Functionality with Care Center and Privia Staff
• Support EPCS office hours
• Support data collection related to system configuration
• Maintains confidentiality and complies with HIPAA
• Help facilitate the Clinical IT relationship with other Privia teams
• Perform other duties as assigned

The Platform Associate is responsible for supporting the athenahealth Electronic Health Record (athenaClinicals) and Practice Management (athenaCollector) applications for Privia Medical Group clinicians. The Platform Associate works closely with the CIT IKS team, EHR Specialists, end-users, and the Privia team to understand functional business requirements, resolve EHR issues, and configure, customize & maintain athena content to support these needs.

The salary range for this role is $63,000.00 - $70,000.00 in base pay and exclusive of any bonuses or benefits (medical, dental, vision, life, and pet insurance, 401K, paid time off, and other wellness programs). This role is also eligible for an annual bonus targeted at 10% .The base pay offered will be determined based on relevant factors such as experience, education, and geographic location.
