Job summary

Stellantis NV is seeking an experienced software platform engineer focused on model-driven development and build-system engineering for automotive software. You will shape the direction of model-based workflows, drive remote-execution strategies, and implement reproducible environments across Linux-based pipelines.

Expect to own platform components, collaborate with tool providers, and mentor the team to raise the bar on quality and efficiency in a cloud-enabled, scalable setup.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/CE or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of overall software engineering experience.
• Deep model-driven development experience for embedded software.
• Build-system engineering: graphs, sandboxing, cache-key stability.
• Remote execution and cloud infrastructure experience on Linux.
• Strong grounding in automotive software quality and functional safety.
• Proven track record of evolving how teams work toward reproducible environments.

Responsibilities

• Own model-based platform components and define direction.
• Lead build-system integration for model-based workloads and cache strategies.
• Shape remote-execution strategy, worker scheduling, and cloud-scale infra.
• Design cache economics to reuse expensive work across teams.
• Enforce model quality and generated-code gates across the graph.
• Drive adoption of faster, reproducible environments and cross-team alignment.
• Partner with tool providers on execution and integration contracts.
• Mentor the team and establish shared standards for the platform boundary.
