Job summary

Stellantis in Auburn Hills, MI seeks a Software Engineering Platforms Principal Engineer to lead DevOps platform design, implementation, and optimization. This role focuses on scalable CI/CD, IaC, and cloud-based pipelines, collaborating across engineering, security, and infrastructure teams.

You will mentor engineers, drive automation, and ensure secure, reliable platform performance on-site at HQ. Strong experience in DevOps, cloud, and security practices is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in DevOps platform engineering or software development.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.
• Proficient in CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions, TeamCity, or similar; deep IaC knowledge (Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation).

Responsibilities

• Lead design, implementation, and continuous improvement of DevOps platforms for scalable software delivery.
• Architect scalable and secure CI/CD pipelines and IaC frameworks.
• Collaborate with development, security, and infra teams to align platform capabilities with requirements.
• Mentor engineers and drive best practices in DevOps and platform engineering.
