Job summary

National Debt Relief, LLC is seeking a Platform Manager to own the architecture, governance, and enablement of one of our strategic marketing, analytics, or experimentation platforms. You’ll set standards, build integrations, and create guardrails so teams can operate reliably and consistently.

You will collaborate with Engineering, Analytics, Product, Marketing, and Operations to drive adoption, improve data quality, and deliver governance that reduces ad hoc configurations while guiding

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
• 6 years of professional experience in MarTech, analytics engineering, growth engineering, or platform management.
• Experience owning or administering at least one enterprise-grade platform in a relevant category.
• Experience working in a cross-functional environment with Engineering, Analytics, Product, and Marketing stakeholders.
• Regulatory industry experience (fintech/financial services/healthcare) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own technical architecture and configuration standards for your assigned platform.
• Define configuration, integration, and maintenance standards across environments.
• Maintain governance documentation: naming conventions, data schemas, access controls, and operational best practices.
• Partner with Data and Analytics teams to integrate the platform into the data ecosystem and build onboarding materials.
