The Senior Technical Product Manager – Platform & API owns the platform layer: ERP integrations, the data platform, and the REST API as a product.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in product management with ownership of technical surfaces (APIs, integrations, or data infra).
• Strong knowledge of API design: REST, authentication, versioning, pagination, idempotency, webhooks.

Responsibilities

• Own ERP integrations: roadmap, health, reliability targets, onboarding time.
• Own data platform models, pipelines, and data quality standards.
• Own Public API as a product: versioning, auth, rate limits, docs, deprecations.
• Lead professional services engagements tied to platform capabilities and customer needs.
• Prioritize integration debt vs. new connectors and API investments; communicate tradeoffs.
