Job summary

Valence is seeking a hands-on technician to inspect parts before, during, and after processing. You will competently operate all machinery and instruments, including forklift training for designated employees, and maintain a clean, safe work environment.

The role requires reading process travelers, following documented procedures in the Valence ROUTER, and proper input of data with supervision as needed. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, LTD, and 401(k) matching.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Ability to read process traveler and fill out completed operations.
  • Ability to perform simple cleaning operations.
  • Ability to assist as a helper to trained operators.
  • Able to follow verbal and written direction.
  • Able to use basic hand tools such as wrenches and clamps.
  • Able to lift/move up to 50 lbs.
  • Able to work under direct supervision.

  • COMPENSATION RANGE: $20 to $22.00

  • Competently process parts with little or no supervision.
  • Practice behavior which avoids damage to parts and protects the part from damage.
