• Operate equipment to produce liquid and digital photopolymer plates.
• Follow detailed instructions to meet job specifications.
• Use computer tools to track production and job status.
• Trim and inspect plates to ensure quality standards.
• Perform light maintenance and help keep equipment in shape.
• Prepare completed plates for the next step in production.
• Be a reliable and consistent team player.

Location: Neenah, WI

PHOTOPOLYMER PLATEMAKER

Join Printron's production team and learn a specialized skill in the printing industry.

We make printing plates used in packaging — we don't print or package products. Work in a temperature-controlled environment alongside an experienced team.

Training is provided | no experience necessary

• Operate equipment to produce liquid and digital photopolymer plates
• Follow detailed instructions to meet job specifications
• Use computer tools to track production and job status
• Trim and inspect plates to ensure they meet quality standards
• Perform light maintenance and help keep equipment in top shape
• Prepare completed plates for the next step in production
