Job summary

Printron Engravers, Inc. in Neenah, WI, is seeking a Production General Labor candidate for the 1st shift (Mon-Fri).

This on-site, hands-on role works with a team to create high-quality steel ruled die boards for the packaging industry; training provided and no prior experience required. Responsibilities include reading job tickets and schedules, setting up or operating cutting equipment, positioning material, hand-finishing components, inspecting dies, and producing product samples.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or GED preferred.
• Able to read a tape measure and calculate measurements.

Key Responsibilities

This hands-on role works with a team to create high-quality steel ruled die board for the packaging industry. We do not print nor package. Training provided, no experience necessary.

• Read job tickets and production schedules, understand specs, such as materials to be used, dimensions, and tolerances.
• Set up, operate, or tend equipment. Saw, cut, punch, crimp, notch, bend, or straighten rotary or bobst cutting die materials and components.
• Position material and components on rotary or bobst cutting dies.
• Hand-form, cut, or finish components, using tools such as table saws, grinders, cutters, and benders.
• Examine completed rotary or bobst cutting dies and components
• Produce product sample.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED): Preferred
• Accurately read a tape measure and calculate measurements
