Responsibilities

• Welding safely in construction environments.
• Use welding tools and read plans and drawings.
• Read blueprints and erection manuals to guide welds.
• Prepare material for welding by cutting, grinding, or filing.
• Set up equipment and weld parts using various welding processes.
• Repair and reassemble components as needed.
• Maintain tools and PPE in good condition.
