Pretium Packaging - USA is seeking a manufacturing technician to support mold changeovers and tool maintenance on our injection molding lines. You will prepare tooling, follow written instructions, and assist with troubleshooting to keep lines running safely and efficiently.

You will regularly perform quality checks on containers, coordinate with supervisors, and ensure PPE and housekeeping standards are followed in a fast-paced plant environment.

Formación

• Injection molding experience required.
• Ability to follow written instructions.

Responsabilidades

• Plan and perform mold setups and changeovers based on the production schedule.
• Prepare tooling and peripherals ahead of time; correct process problems per supervisor direction.
• Own preventative maintenance on active tools: clean and grease molds; inspect and lubricate equipment.
• Troubleshoot calls; identify causes of mold performance issues and coordinate repairs with impacted personnel.
• Watch and operate lines as needed to safeguard output and quality; run quality checks on containers and record adjustments.
