Job summary

Revolution Company is hiring Night-Shift Assistant Line Operators for its reprocessing department in Flint, MI. You will process plastics through a shredder, feed the wash and extrusion line, and work in a team to meet production goals.

The role requires the ability to lift 25–50 lbs, stand for long periods, and maintain safety while operating equipment. Forklift certification is needed, and experience with automated manufacturing is preferred.

Qualifications

• Math skills to record accurate reports.
• Ability to read and write in English.
• Experience with automated manufacturing equipment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate shredder and feed conveyor.
• Assist extrusion operator as needed.
• Maintain quality and prevent color/type contamination during shredding.
• Receive and maintain forklift certification.
• Clean equipment and area between jobs.
• Load conveyors and handle materials up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
