Job summary

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience within plastics manufacturing or related industry.
• Knowledge of injection molding processes and tooling.
• Experience selling to medical/healthcare industry is a plus.
• Strong account management and project coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with customers in plastics manufacturing.
• Identify and grow new business opportunities and accounts.
• Apply knowledge of injection molding, tooling, and plastics to customer needs.
• Manage multiple customer projects from opportunity to completion.
• Coordinate with engineering, manufacturing, tooling, and operations teams to meet requirements.
• Monitor profitability, schedules, quality, and customer expectations.
• Prepare proposals, pricing, and solutions for customers.
• Negotiate contracts and close new opportunities.
• Be the primary contact for assigned customers and address concerns promptly.
• Track sales activity, forecasts, and project status.
