Job summary

Thogus Products Company in Avon Lake, OH seeks an Inspection Operator to inspect and handle finished goods from injection molding and offline assembly, ensuring they meet customer specifications and company standards.

You will follow work instructions, perform packaging, labeling, and final inspections, and use IQMS to document counts, rejects, and inventory movements while maintaining a clean, safe work area and supporting 40-hour guarantees.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED; 1–3 years related experience preferred.
• Manufacturing or plastics experience preferred.
• Ability to read and comprehend basic instructions and memos; basic math skills.

Responsibilities

• Review quality specs and work instructions before starting.
• Ask questions when information is not clear.
• Operate processes per instructions and specifications.
• Make specified modifications to parts as needed.
• Prepare, label, and package finished parts and dispose into inventory.
• Perform final inspection to ensure conformance to customer specs.
