Responsibilities

• Works effectively with company personnel, customers, and others by sharing ideas and listening to suggestions; keeping commitments; informing others of progress and issues.
• Production Planning to communicate current and upcoming projects.
• Supply chain to ensure transparency of product needs and precise scheduling of orders.
• Assembly and Custom Products to understand capacity and utilization rates.
• Machine Service to coordinate fusion machine and accessory needs.
• Maintain project schedules and reports and communicate with the project team, risk.
• Lead and support project teams across locations and vendors, including kickoff meetings.
• Contribute to a high-performing, collaborative team environment built on trust and accountability.
• Manage projects from low complexity to significant growth opportunities.
• Maintain clear project communications for all levels of the organization.
