Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing or production, cable/wire preferred.

• Physical fitness to handle heavy equipment and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Review documentation and work orders.
• Set up processes and machinery.
• Operate, monitor, and adjust extrusion equipment.
• Monitor quality and perform inspections.
• Clean machinery and tooling; manage splices.
• Operate forklifts and auxiliary equipment.
• Generate labels and document in ERP.
• Follow safety protocols and report hazards.
