Qualifications

• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental policies.
• Support TPM and Lean processes.
• Perform preventative maintenance and calibration on equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair robotics and tooling.
• Read electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic prints.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and production teams.
• Own a roll around tool box with a mechanic's tool assortment.
• Job-related experience with troubleshooting 1–3 years.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance and calibration on assigned equipment and instrumentation.
• Troubleshoot and repair six axis robotics and pick and place robotics.
• Electrical troubleshooting including PLCs using discreet and analog inputs/outputs.
• Troubleshoot and repair modern injection molding machines, including hydraulic, mechanical, electrical, and computer-based issues.
• Troubleshoot and repair material conveying systems.
• Operate man lifts to a height of up to 30 feet.
• Read electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic prints.
• Know how PLCs work and communicate with supervision to ensure efficient operations.
• Assist with setup and tear down of packaging line.
• Read mechanical drawings to understand parts and assemblies.
