You will lead cross-functional meetings with sales, engineering, and quality teams, design and dimension products with CAD, establish test procedures, and ensure timely delivery and documentation across the product life cycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
• 3+ years manufacturing/project management experience.
• Thermoplastics experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage new extrusion projects using project tools.
• Guide new product introductions and track progress.
• Collaborate with sales to provide technical and design assistance.
• Plan resources, timelines, and deliverables.
• Build relationships with customer engineering, purchasing, and quality teams.
• Provide lifecycle technical support and ensure thorough documentation.
• Design and dimension products with CAD to meet specs.
• Establish and conduct test procedures to validate customer requirements.
• Support the Quality Management System and company policies.
