• Provide technical and design assistance to sales for customer projects.
• Plan resources, schedule timelines, and track deliverables.
• Collaborate with customer engineering, purchasing, and quality teams.
• Provide internal and external technical support across the product life cycle.
• Design and dimension products with CAD to meet specs.
• Establish test procedures to validate customer requirements.
• Support Intek's Quality Management System and company policies.
