Job summary

Foresight Technologies is seeking a skilled Plastic Welder to join our manufacturing team. You will fabricate, assemble, and weld plastic components and systems according to drawings and specifications, ensuring safety and quality.

The ideal candidate has experience with thermoplastics and plastic welding methods, reads technical drawings, and collaborates with engineers, quality personnel, and production staff to meet schedules.

Qualifications

• Read blueprints, drawings, and specifications to plan fabrications.
• Measure and prepare plastic materials for welding.
• Perform plastic welding using hot air, extrusion, or fusion methods.
• Maintain safety and quality while meeting production schedules.
• Able to read calipers and other measuring tools.

Responsibilities

• Interpret blueprints and specifications for fabrication and welding.
• Set up and operate plastic welding equipment safely.
• Fabricate and assemble plastic components, piping, and tanks.
• Inspect welds and adjust as needed to meet quality standards.
