Job summary

TERREPOWER (formerly BBB Industries) is seeking a Fabricator and Repairs Specialist I to join a production team that repairs plastic and resin components for auto and industrial markets. You will inspect parts, set up tools, and perform hands-on fabrication and repair tasks to meet insurance-quality standards.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or equivalent practical experience, keen attention to detail, and the ability to stand for long shifts (8–10 hours).

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent practical experience - required.
• You catch defects and imperfections before a part ships - an eye for detail matters here.
• You can stand, stay focused, and work with your hands through a full 8-10 hour shift.
• You’re coachable - willing to pick up new repair techniques from teammates and trainers.

Responsibilities

• Inspect each part and diagnose exactly what repair it needs - a cut, a trim, a file, a bend, or a smoothing pass.
• Set up with the right tools and materials to bring the part back to insurance-quality standard.
• Work plastic and resin components by hand - cutting, trimming, filing, bending, or smoothing - to correct shape, fit, and finish.
• Run every repaired part through quality control before it moves to the next station.
• Follow assembly and safety procedures on every job, every time.
• Bring your ideas to the team on better ways to repair and improve parts.
• Keep your work area safe and hazard-free.
