Loyola Medicine in Maywood, IL invites applications for an accomplished Plastic Surgeon to serve as Division Chief of Plastic Surgery. This physician leadership role combines meaningful clinical practice with responsibility for program direction, team development, quality, and growth within a nationally recognized academic system.

The Division operates across Loyola University Medical Center and affiliated hospitals.

Qualifications

• MD or DO with Board Certification in Plastic Surgery.
• Leadership, division development, or physician management experience strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate across multidisciplinary teams and to balance clinical excellence with operational stewardship.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical, strategic, and operational leadership for Plastic Surgery division across cosmetic and reconstructive services.
• Guide division that spans breast reconstruction, skin cancer reconstruction, facial reconstruction, body contouring, burn surgery, and complex wound care.
• Collaborate with Breast Surgery, Surgical Oncology, Dermatology, Trauma, Wound Care, and hospital leadership to strengthen patient care.
• Partner with leadership on physician recruitment, access, quality improvement, operational standardization, and program expansion.
