Qualifications

• Requires MD or DO with board certification/eligibility.
• DEA license required (federal/state).
• Ability to communicate effectively with patients and team.

Responsibilities

• Assesses, diagnoses, and treats patients per approved protocol.
• Provides medical services and health education to patients and families.
• Performs diagnostic and therapeutic procedures.
• Interprets the diagnostic information and plans care.
• Maintains patient records and ensures accuracy.
