Job summary

Sutter Medical Group is seeking a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Plastic Surgeon to join our growing practice in Northern California. This opportunity features a high-volume clinical environment with a strong referral base and collaborative multidisciplinary care.

Candidates should have an ACGME-accredited Plastic Surgery residency, and microvascular fellowship training is preferred. A two-year income guarantee with productivity bonus potential awaits, with relocation support and sign-on bonus

Qualifications

• MD or DO with completion of an ACGME-accredited Plastic Surgery residency.
• Microvascular fellowship training preferred, but open to all well-qualified candidates.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Plastic Surgery.
• Demonstrated commitment to high-quality patient care and ability to work well with a team.
• Interest in building a long-term practice within a collaborative group.

Responsibilities

• Join a high-volume clinical environment with a strong referral base.
• Collaborate across multidisciplinary teams to provide reconstructive and microvascular services.
• Develop and grow microvascular and reconstructive services within the practice.
• Build a long-term practice within the group and contribute to program development.
