Digicon Corporation is actively seeking a board-certified, microsurgical fellowship-trained Plastic Surgeon in San Diego, California. This full-time role within an 800+ provider multi-specialty practice focuses on advancing microsurgical breast reconstruction and limb salvage programs.

The position offers a competitive compensation range of $474,509.42 – $710,000+, a 4-day work week, and a comprehensive benefits package, including signed bonuses and various pension plans.

Qualifications

• Must have a minimum of 5 years of post-training experience.
• Demonstrated leadership in surgical programs is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Advance microsurgical breast reconstruction and limb salvage programs.
• Work closely with general surgeons and breast surgical oncology.
