ChristianaCare is seeking an Advanced Practice Clinician (NP/PA) to join the Plastic Reconstructive Surgery team in Newark, DE. You will function as First Assist in the OR for breast reconstruction and microsurgical flap procedures, with clinic duties on other days. On-call responsibilities are required as part of the role.

Qualifications

• Must have completed an accredited PA or ACNP program.
• Delaware licensure or licensure eligible as PA/ACNP.
• RNFA required for NP candidates; ACLS certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinic care on non-OR days following approved protocols.
• Collaborate closely with plastic surgeon; participate in on-call duties.
