Intermountain Health seeks a Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery Advanced Practice Provider to join a team of surgeons and APPs in Denver. You will see patients seeking reconstructive procedures after cancer or trauma, with privileges at St. Joseph Hospital and practice at the Park Avenue Clinic.

The role includes up to $7,500 relocation assistance, four 10-hour days, and a patient load of about 12–14 per day, focusing on pre/post-op care and select new patients.

Qualificações

• BLS certification and DEA registration.

This position is accountable for the provision of patient care and other activities as permitted by licensure and defined within Credentialing and Privileging documentation (hospital), Credentialing and Scope of Practice (Medical Group), Consultation and Referral Plan (DOPL) or other similar documentation as appropriate. As part of that patient care, this position is accountable to: deliver optimal patient care through effective clinical practice; education of the patient, patient's family, clinical staff, and others; consultation with other healthcare providers; and maintain current knowledge regarding options for optimal patient care and outcomes.

About this role:

As a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in Plastics & Reconstructive Surgery you will work with a team of healthcare professionals committed to providing quality care and excellent patient experience. In this role you will work with two plastic surgeons and another APP and see patients seeking reconstructive procedures following cancer or trauma. This position includes up to $7,500 in relocation assistance based upon distance. You will practice at the Park Avenue Clinic in Denver, CO with privileges at St. Joseph Hospital. Your hours will be (4) 10.0 hr. days. You will be seeing on average 12 - 14 patients per day in the clinic for pre, post op and some new patient appointments.

The hourly range for this position is listed below. Actual hourly rate dependent upon experience. $57.33 - $88.47
