Job summary

Amcor is seeking a skilled Injection Molding Setup Technician to monitor and operate multiple molding machines. You will change molds, troubleshoot, and optimize processes to reduce scrap and boost output while training associates. Responsibilities include data recording, downtime tracking, and implementing corrective actions.

Qualifications

  • 2-3 years of injection molding setup experience, robots, manufacturing software and processing systems experience required.
  • 2-3 years of manufacturing experience.

Summary:


Monitor the production process of multiple injection molding machines. Operate, shut-down, and start-up the mold equipment. Change molds and troubleshoot the injection molding process as necessary to meet quality requirements. Work to reduce scrap and increase molding output with enhanced technical training and development of associates.

12 hour Day shift


  • 2 weeks vacation in the first year

  • Great Pay up to $38.00/hr, based on experience and skill level
