Job summary

Metacycle in Harrison, AR seeks a Full Time Manufacturing Operator to remove molded parts, inspect plastic components, and package parts in a fast-paced production area.

You will review blueprints, follow safety policies, and perform basic quality checks while maintaining organized workspaces and attention to detail. Prior operating experience is preferred, with strong numerical aptitude and steady hand coordination.

Qualifications

• Prior operating experience is preferred.
• Ability to add, subtract two-digit numbers and multiply/divide by 10s and 100s.
• Ability to listen attentively and understand others.
• Ability to keep hands and arms steady.
• Ability to maintain high attention to detail.
• Ability to move hands quickly to manipulate objects.
• Ability to perform precise hand movements for small parts.
• Ability to follow written, oral, or diagram instructions.

Responsibilities

• Communicates with their supervisor when issues occur, packages parts, and labels correctly.
• Performs any tasks asked by their direct supervisor or the management team.
• Maintains a neat material storage area and ensures that the area is free from tipping or falling material hazards.
• Review blueprints or other instructions to determine operational methods or sequences.
• Follow all safety policies and procedures.
• Exhibit exemplary attendance and punctuality.
• Comply with company policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
