Job summary

Atlas Molded Products in Perryville, MO is seeking a Machine Operator to support manufacturing operations at the Perryville facility. The role requires following daily directions, operating equipment, and ensuring product quality per specifications.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or GED, basic math skills, and fluency in English. Prior manufacturing exposure is preferred, with a strong emphasis on safety and teamwork. Competitive benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English (written and spoken) is preferred.
• Ability to perform basic math and read/dollow specification pages.
• Familiarity with basic hand-held measuring tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Report to Manager at shift start for daily directions.
• Understand manufacturing processes, quality standards, equipment operations, safety requirements, and departmental procedures.
• Inspect and package parts according to specification pages and record information on in-process sheets.
• Bundle, wrap, stack, pack, assemble and label materials per production instructions.
• Operate side-wrappers and pallet jacks.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Know and operate Pre-breakers / Re-Grinding equipment to recycle EPS.
• Follow general safety training.
