Rizonet in Fort Worth, TX is seeking three Production Managers to lead Injection, Rotational, and Compression molding departments. Each manager runs a mini plant, owning people, safety, quality, scheduling and production, with time split between desk and floor.

Responsibilities include directing department performance, developing shift supervisors, documenting workflows, and supporting automation implementations. Strong leadership and safety focus are essential; relocation support is available.

Position Summary

Our client is hiring 3 Production Managers (Department Managers) to lead their 3 separate molding departments... Injection Molding, Rotational Molding, and Compression Molding. Each manager runs their production department as a mini plant manager, owning everything inside it... people, safety, quality, scheduling and production. The role is about implementing leadership on the production floor...then driving the standardization, training, and automation. Roughly half the time is spent at a desk and half on the floor.

Main Duties & Responsibilities

• Own full department performance across personnel, safety, quality, scheduling, and production
• Lead and develop shift supervisors across two shifts plus department support staff
• Convert tribal knowledge into documented work instructions and drive standardization
• Build training and development programs and support the rollout of automation and robotics
• Track and report production data (throughput, downtime, scrap) and use it to drive improvement

Key Skills

• Manufacturing management or supervisory leadership
• Strong written and verbal communication, including leading safety conversations
• Comfort driving change in a long-tenured, traditional workforce

Additional Requirements

• Working proficiency with Excel and general business technology
• Ability to handle crisis situations calmly and lead on safety
• No degree required; college is welcome but not necessary
• Preferred: plastics, extrusion or extrusion-style molding, process optimization or lean exposure, and Spanish proficiency

Location & Compensation

• Location: North Fort Worth area (on site, no remote or hybrid option)
• Compensation: $80,000 to $102,000
• Salary position, no overtime; discretionary profit sharing and a competitive benefits package
