Qualifications

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving to diagnose/process equipment issues.
• Experience with ISO 9001 or similar quality management systems.
• Knowledge of plastic molding/process engineering principles.
• Ability to perform and support preventive maintenance on molding equipment.
• Experience training and guiding machine operators or production teams.
• Previous plastics manufacturing experience in an industrial setting.
• Basic mechanical aptitude; able to read technical drawings/work instructions.
• Commitment to safety, reliability, and on-site attendance.
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical plastic processing certification a plus.
