Role Description

The Process Technician is a full-time, on-site role based in the Hickory-Lenoir-Morganton-Marion Area. This role is responsible for setting up, monitoring, and optimizing plastic molding processes to ensure safe, efficient, and consistent production. Day-to-day tasks include adjusting machine parameters, performing routine inspections, identifying and resolving process-related issues, and supporting preventive maintenance activities. The Process Technician collaborates with production, quality, and engineering teams to meet quality standards, reduce downtime, and improve throughput. The role also involves documenting process changes, assisting with new product trials, and providing training and support to operators on proper machine operation and safety procedures.
