Job summary

• Ensure all jobs are set up properly for optimum production efficiency.
• Educate and train set‑up personnel; mold sampling for new customers; coordinate with tool room and maintenance.
• Maintain 6S, clean and organized workstation; record startup scrap and process changes in logs.
• Verify and document set up completion for production start; support troubleshooting of molding process.
