Job summary

Cardinal Staffing Services is hiring for a Machine Operator in Lima, OH to operate plastic molding equipment and ensure production meets specs, quality and safety standards. The role requires prior blow molding, injection molding, or extrusion experience and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• Experience in blow molding, plastic injection molding, or extrusion.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Minimum of 1–2 years at each employer in a plastics facility.

Responsibilities

• Operate machines and equipment to produce plastic products per specification.
• Follow safety procedures and perform quality checks.
• Set up, repair, and troubleshoot equipment and processes.
