Job summary

Accurate Personnel in Hebron, Illinois is hiring a Production Operator to operate assigned equipment, follow work instructions, and support a safe, efficient manufacturing process.

The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and a team player, with a high school diploma or GED and ability to lift up to 30 lbs. The role offers a Monday–Friday 3pm–11pm schedule and a competitive $19.50 per hour with benefits. Prior injection-molding environment experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to identify and report quality and safety concerns.
• Must stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs.
• Experience in a plastic injection molding environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate production equipment according to work instructions.
• Monitor product quality and inspect parts.
• Report quality concerns and scrap to supervisor.
• Accurately document scrap and production records.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area.
• Report safety hazards and equipment issues.
• Follow all safety, environmental, and quality procedures.
• Communicate production and quality concerns with team and supervisors.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Production Supervisor.
