Job summary

Express Employment International (US) in Siren, WI seeks a Production Operator to safely run plastic injection molding machinery, assemble and package products, and perform quality checks.

You’ll report defects, support additional production tasks, and work 3rd shift Monday–Friday from 11pm to 7am. This role offers weekly pay and a comprehensive benefits package, with a clean, safe, modern facility and team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable standing for extended periods and performing repetitive tasks.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
• Strong attendance and reliability.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Operate plastic injection molding machines safely and efficiently.
• Assemble and package products following clear instructions.
• Perform quality checks to ensure products meet company standards.
• Identify and report defective materials or equipment.
• Support additional production tasks as needed.
