Express Employment International in Wisconsin is seeking reliable Machine Operators for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts. You will operate injection molding machines, perform changeovers, and ensure products meet quality standards while maintaining a clean, safe work area.

Qualifications

• 6 months to 1 year of manufacturing or industrial experience preferred.
• Basic math and ruler measurement skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Dependable, friendly, and willing to work as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production and injection molding machines to ensure products meet quality standards.
• Remove, count, inspect, and package finished products, including stacking parts into boxes.
• Perform machine changeovers, adjust machine controls, and assist with mold and color changes as needed.
• Conduct quality checks, monitor production, and accurately record completed products and any issues.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area while assisting other departments and team members as needed.
