Holland Sharpe Inc. is seeking a Plastic Injection Molding Setup Specialist to join the 2nd or 3rd shift in Murfreesboro, TN. You will perform mold changes, dial in presses, and oversee 12–24 machines to ensure parts meet specs and ship on time.

You will review runs, select tooling, and set up presses for first-pass quality, while troubleshooting issues and cleaning dies between shifts. Experience with Engel and Sumitomo equipment is preferred.

Competenze

• 3+ years in a plastic injection molding facility or prior plastics manufacturing experience.
• Hands-on background in mold/tool/die changeovers and setup.
• Comfortable reading and applying blueprints.

You’ll set up each press to produce first-pass quality parts, then move across the floor to monitor and fine-tune between 12–24 machines. If an alarm pops or a part drifts from spec, you’re there to troubleshoot quickly and keep output steady. When a run wraps, you’ll clean dies thoroughly so the next shift inherits clean, production-ready equipment.
