Job summary

Duramax Marine Manufacturing on the production floor is seeking a Manufacturing Operator to run molding, machining, and assembly tasks. You will prepare molds, monitor autoclave conditions, handle materials, and ensure parts meet quality standards.

Teamwork and safe operation are essential as you maintain throughput and craft consistent results. Lifting up to 50 lbs and clear communication are required.

Qualifications

Step Into a Day on the FloorWhen you clock in, you take ownership of a production cell built around precision and consistency. You ready warm-up mills, configure injection and extrusion equipment, and stage molds for a smooth start. Temperatures and pressures are dialed in. Materials are moved into place with the right handling tools. Throughout the shift, you watch the gauges, keep the process stable, and make quality your signature.What You’ll HandlePrepare, assemble, and disassemble molds for both production runs and storage.Set and adjust autoclave temperatures and related parameters for reliable curing.Load and unload materials using appropriate material handling equipment.Run injection operations while continuously monitoring pressure and temperature gauges.Grind, buff, and clean threads on molded parts using hand or power tools.Conduct visual inspections of finished materials to verify quality.How You’ll SucceedYour focus is to meet required performance standards without compromising safety or craftsmanship.
