SITE Staffing Inc. is seeking an Injection Molding Set Up Technician for the 3rd shift (11pm-7am) in New Berlin, WI. You will set up, run, and monitor injection molding machines, troubleshoot issues, and work to keep production on schedule.

Compensation starts at $30/hr with up to an additional $3/hr based on experience. Ideal candidates have 2–5 years of injection molding experience, strong mechanical aptitude, and familiarity with process optimization.

• Knowledge of scientific molding and engineered-grade resins is a plus.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.

• Minimize downtime and drive continuous improvement in efficiency
