Job summary

MME Group Inc. in Vadnais Heights, MN is seeking a Machine Operator I to produce plastic parts by operating molding machines, trimming, and performing basic quality checks.

You will work closely with teammates to keep production running smoothly and learn hands-on skills in a manufacturing setting. The role runs Sunday-Thursday nights 10:45pm-7:15am, with pay of $17.25-$18.00 per hour plus shift differential.

Qualifications

• High School or GED required.
• Ability to read and comprehend production instructions, policy manuals, safety instructions, etc.
• Basic math computations (add, subtract, divide) in all units of measure.
• Ability to stand, bend, and stoop; lift up to 30 lbs; work in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Produce parts within customer specifications per work instructions.
• Operate molding machines and trim parts.
• Package products according to part-packing plan.
• Visually or dimensionally inspect parts per quality standards.
• Notify supervisor of defects or equipment issues.
• Verify labels and quantities per work instructions.
• Complete production documentation and reporting.
