Job summary

Award Staffing Inc. in Brooklyn Park, MN is seeking a Machine Operator for a temporary 1st shift (Mon-Fri, 7AM-3PM). Pay is $18.00-$21.00/hr. The role requires attention to detail, teamwork, and the ability to read prints while meeting production goals.

You will operate manual/automatic work centers, follow documented processes, and ensure parts meet quality standards. lifting up to 40 lbs and good dexterity are required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma/GED or equivalent experience.
• Previous production experience required.
• Must be able to read a print and understand part requirements.
• Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds and operate safely.
• Must have dexterity and familiarity with measuring equipment.

Responsibilities

• Work with a team to produce products correctly the first time, on time.
• Follow documented processes to manufacture products meeting customer expectations.
• Count product and label packaging accurately.
• Document information using proper records and inspect parts per instructions.
• Maintain a safe, clean work area and communicate shifts handoffs clearly.
