Job summary

Piller Aimmco, a leading plastic injection molding facility in Washougal, WA, is hiring Machine Operators for an entry-level, hands-on role. Training will be provided, with clear paths to advancement into technical or quality positions.

This position offers a 12-hour night shift (7:30pm–7:45am) with weekend work and overtime, plus a comprehensive benefits package including medical/dental/vision, 401(k) with match, and PTO. Attendance is essential to support a collaborative team environment.

Position Overview

As a Machine Operator, you'll work in a fast-paced production environment, operating injection molding machines to produce high-quality plastic parts for a variety of industries. This is an entry-level rolewith opportunities for advancementinto technical, quality, or engineering positions.

Shifts Available

• Night Shift: 7:30pm - 7:45am (12-hour rotating schedule)
• Includes scheduled weekends and overtime opportunities.
• This role requires consistent, reliable attendance due to our team-based production environment.

• Manufacturing experience is a plus but not required!
