Job summary

Piller Aimmco in Washougal, WA is seeking an entry-level technician to support the setup and startup of presses, robots, and automation. You will assist with mold removal/install, tooling setup, and running safety-focused production runs on the floor.

No college degree required and previous injection molding experience is a plus, but not required; training will be provided to learn equipment, procedures, forklifts, and crane safety. Day and night shifts with rotating weekends available.

Qualifications

• One year of hands-on experience in manufacturing or a mechanical role.
• Comfort using hand tools and following written instructions.
• Mechanical aptitude and desire to understand how machines work.

Piller Aimmco | Washougal, WA Pay: $21.50 - $25.00 per hour, based on qualifications and experience. Build a technical career working with presses, robots, and automation. At Piller Aimmco, mold setup is about more than changing tools. Our technicians work with injection molding machines, robotic equipment, and automated systems to get each production run started safely and producing quality parts. We’re looking for someone with hands-on mechanical ability who wants to learn this trade. If you enjoy figuring out how equipment works, using tools, and solving problems on the production floor, this could be your next step. You do not need a college degree or years of injection molding experience.

What you bring

• At least one year of hands-on experience in manufacturing, machine operation, equipment setup, maintenance, or another mechanical role.
• Comfort using hand tools and following written instructions.
• Mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and a desire to understand how machines work.
• Dependability, a safety-minded approach, and a willingness to learn from the team.
• Experience with injection molding, mold changes, robots, or automation is a plus.

Day shift 7:30am-7:45pm Night shift 7:30pm-7:45am Rotating schedule - every other weekend is a 3-day weekend!
