Piller Aimmco, a leading plastic injection molding facility in Washougal, WA, is hiring Machine Operators. No experience required; we will train you and help you build a rewarding career in plastics.

As a Machine Operator, you will run injection molding machines, inspect parts, and perform basic quality checks in a fast-paced, team-based environment. Starting wage is $19.03/hour with 12-hour rotating shifts and overtime options.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to stand/walk up to 12 hours and lift up to 30lbs.
• Comfortable working a 12-hour rotating schedule.
• Strong basic math and measurement skills.
• Reliable, detail-oriented and willing to learn.

Responsibilities

• Operate injection molding machines safely and efficiently.
• Inspect and package plastic parts.
• Perform basic measurements and quality checks.
• Follow standard operating procedures.
• Document production output and quality checks.
• Work as part of a team to meet daily production goals.
• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
