As a Machine Operator, you will run injection molding machines, inspect parts, and perform basic quality checks in a fast-paced, team-based environment. Starting wage is $19.03/hour with 12-hour rotating shifts and overtime options.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to stand/walk up to 12 hours and lift up to 30lbs.
• Comfortable working a 12-hour rotating schedule.
• Strong basic math and measurement skills.
• Reliable, detail-oriented and willing to learn.

Responsibilities

Position Overview

As a Machine Operator, you'll work in a fast-paced production environment, operating injection molding machines to produce high-quality plastic parts for a variety of industries. This is an entry-level rolewith opportunities for advancementinto technical, quality, or engineering positions.

Shifts Available

• Includes scheduled weekends and overtime opportunities.
• This role requires consistent, reliable attendance due to our team-based production environment.
• Starting Wage: $19.03
• 401(k) with Company match

• Night Shift: 7:30pm – 7:45am (12-hour rotating schedule)
