Job summary

Amcor in Arkansas is hiring for a manufacturing role on a safe, high-producing packaging line. You will set up equipment, run lines, adjust processes and ensure quality data is accurately recorded while following GMP/ISO policies.

The position requires HS diploma or GED with 3–6 months in a related environment; forklift certification is needed. Expect teamwork, hand-tool use, and thorough safety discipline across shifts.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in a team-work oriented environment is a plus.
• Ability to read and interpret traveler and BOM documents.
• Capable of using hand tools and measuring devices accurately.

Responsibilities

• Set up, run and adjust manufacturing equipment to produce quality film and bag products.
• Follow safety, GMP and ISO policies and maintain a safe work environment.
• Check quality data and report variances to leadership.
• Maintain good housekeeping and adhere to 6-S standards.
• Read traveler/BOM, track supplies and coordinate changeovers.
• Start/stop lines, adjust heat profiles and maximize production yields.
• Assist in troubleshooting with maintenance and perform routine repairs.
• Complete forklift and pallet jack operations and ensure proper material handling.
• Train and mentor new employees and ensure clear communication among shifts.
