Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Knowledge of GMP and HACCP practices is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Set up, run, and adjust manufacturing equipment to produce quality plastic film and bag products.
• Perform quality checks and interpret standards to minimize scrap.
• Assist with changeovers and minor repairs to keep lines productive.
• Maintain housekeeping and support packing operations as needed.
• Collaborate with team members, including non-English speakers, to meet goals.
